Baltimore County police obtained an arrest warrant for Quinzell Tyrell Covington, 22, of Baltimore.
He is wanted for the Nov. 3 murder of Cletus Gittens, 25.

Police also charged Antonio Hall, 21, and Timothy Bean, 25, with first-degree murder, and they are awaiting trial with bail denied at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Police found Gittens suffering from gunshot wounds at 11:12 p.m. behind the Chadwick Shopping Center in Woodlawn. He died at Northwest Hospital.
Police also found Bean a short distance from Gittens with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his leg. Bean was treated at University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore and arrested after his release.
