Good Sport Marty Stevenson

Marty Stevenson, a seventh-grader at Patapsco Middle School in Ellicott City, recently won a Good Sports award from the Mid-Atlantic Recreation and Parks Sports Alliance. Marty, a member of the Howard County Terps, a county-sponsored youth football program, was nominated for his “outstanding work ethic, respectful attitude and focus on teamwork and perseverance to achieve excellence and success,” according to a news release. The award recognizes young athletes and coaches who have demonstrated good sportsmanship in locally-sponsored recreation programs.
