U.S. Marshals deputies are looking for a violent criminal who once held his victim at gunpoint until the man’s ATM card worked again.

Victor Terrell, 29, is wanted for skipping out on his paroles for kidnapping and armed carjacking in D.C., and armed robbery in Maryland.
Warrants were issued for Terrell earlier this year, and deputies are seeking information that could lead to his arrest.
“Investigators want The Examiner’s readers’ help in locating him before he adds any more crimes to his extensive record,” said Supervisor Inspector Matt Burke, of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.
According to charging documents, in April 2003, Terrell and others carjacked a man at gunpoint in Prince George’s County and made the victim drive them to an ATM in the District.
The robbers forced the victim to take out $600, and the victim told them that he reached the monetary limit for withdrawals for the day. The robbers forced the victim to rent a room at the Days Inn hotel at 2700 New York Ave. NE, and waited for the withdrawal restriction to be lifted the next day.
The robbers took turns holding the victim at gunpoint.
The robbers eventually took the victim’s personal identification number for his ATM card and drove way with the man’s vehicle.
Terrell is described as a being 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds with tattoos on his arm. He has lived in Greenbelt, Seat Pleasant and District Heights.

Since 2008, federal authorities have credited readers of The Washington Examiner with the capture of 41 fugitives. At least nine captured fugitives were wanted on a homicide charge and/or were convicted killers.
