CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — A hearing for a Charlottesville woman charged with assaulting the wife of Virginia House Minority Leader David J. Toscano has been rescheduled.
Claire Kennedy Ogilvie was set to be arraignment Thursday afternoon in Charlottesville General District Court but the hearing was rescheduled for July 17. This is the second time it has been rescheduled.
