Did you catch how Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-MN, threw Mitt Romney a life-raft just before the break in tonight’s CNN debate as the former Massachusetts governor was getting roughed by former Sen. Rick Santorum and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich?

Recall how Romney in the previous debate asked Bachmann a softball question when the debators were given an opportunity to ask each other questions?
