Politics makes strange bedfellows — none stranger than the ladies of The View and Donald Trump.

On Tuesday’s episode of the daytime talk show, panelist Joy Behar attacked the billionaire for saying that he would waterboard suspected terrorists in order to gain intelligence, close the border, and “get tough on ISIS.”

Behar’s fellow co-hosts, who usually back-up her liberal positions, disagreed with her today. They said Trump sounded “reasonable” on terrorism and foreign policy.

“I’ll be honest, I went to law school because I want justice in our world,” said guest panelist Sunny Hostin. “And I am so tired of seeing this senseless death, I thought Donald Trump sounded really reasonable today. My law enforcement background kicked in.”

Hostin went on to say that we need to “be forceful,” and can’t have “muted responses” to terrorist attacks.

C0-host Paula Faris agreed that Trump is “the voice of reason,” and complimented the Republican front-runner for his comments about non-interventionism on Monday.

Behar conceded that Trump’s foreign policy isn’t “so outrageous.”

Even Raven-Symoné said that she partially agreed with Trump, but disliked his “verbiage” and “crassness.”
