FILE- In this file photo dated July 20 1974, Turkish troops pull ashore a Greek Cypriot torpedo boat damaged during fighting in Kyrenia on the day Turkey invaded and occupied the northern third of Cyprus. Europe's top human rights court on Monday May 12, 2014, ordered Turkey to pay 90 million euros ($123 million) to Cyprus over the 1974 invasion of the island and its subsequent division, in one of the largest judgments in its history, saying that the passage of time did not erase responsibility in the case. The judgment comes as the Turkish and Greek Cypriot communities are engaged in renewed efforts to reunite the island.(AP Photo, FILE)
