A Transportation Security Administration employee is accused of displaying his badge and sexually assaulting a woman near his Manassas home. Prince William County police said a 37-year-old woman reported that an unknown man approached her on the 10500 block of Winfield Loop at about 3:25 a.m. Sunday, showed her a badge, then sexually assaulted her. Officers canvassed the area and arrested 52-year-old Harold Rodman, who matched the victim’s description of her attacker, when he left his home on the block, police said.
