AmpliPhi BioSciences CEO Philip Young resigns

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — The president and chief executive officer of AmpliPhi BioSciences Corp. has resigned.

Richmond-based AmpliPhi says in a news release that Philip J. Young’s departure was effective Sept. 15. The biotechnology company says Young’s resignation was by mutual agreement with its Board of Directors.
