Baltimore police have arrested a fourth person in connection with a videotaped mob beating on St. Patrick’s Day.

In the video, the victim, a 31-year-old Alexandria man, appears disoriented. He is robbed, punched and stripped nearly naked as onlookers laugh in downtown Baltimore.
Police arrested and charged 21-year-old Shatia Baldwin of Baltimore with armed robbery, theft and first- and second-degree assault. She was arrested early Wednesday.
Others arrested were Deangelo Carter, 18, Shayona Davis, 20, and Aaron Parsons, 21.
The victim woke up in his hotel after the nighttime attack with a black eye and was missing his car keys and watch. He didn’t remember when or where he had been attacked.
