BLADES, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police have charged a man and a woman with providing two girls with alcohol and raping them in Blades.
Thirty-five-year-old Tobias Cerillo of Blades and Carrie Leager of Seaford have both been charged with rape and numerous other sex offenses. They are being held on bond.
