HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — A teenager has pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree murder in a 2011 shooting.
Seventeen-year-old Dennis Marshall Jr. entered the plea on Monday after jury selection and testimony in his trial. Sentencing was deferred.

The Hagerstown Herald-Mail (http://bit.ly/LtoV6t) reports that Marshall was charged as an adult in the Oct. 17 shooting of 19-year-old Colin Wesley Williams. Williams was shot while he walked with his girlfriend.
Marshall remained at large until December.
